KHV Health will accept return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original protective sealing still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, and in the same condition it was received.
If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 14 days of the date you received your item. Please send us an email at Contact@KHVHEALTH.COM for return shipping address and information.
Returning an Order
While KHV Health does not charge any return or restocking fees, we are not responsible for the cost of any return shipping. To return your merchandise using your own trackable and insured shipping method, please email us at Contact@KHVHEALTH.COM for return shipping address and information. Once you hear from us you may return your merchandise, include your name, and order number in your package. Once we receive it and ensure it’s unopened and not tampered with, we will promptly process a refund.
Refunds will be refunded to your original method of payment; please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear back on your account.
